When it comes to special-designed boxes, Pizza stores are either being limited to existing sizes or being charged thousands of dollars for all kinds of prep work and die cost! With us, you don't need to pay high cost! We are equipped with fabrication system that is capable to make any pizza boxes from special shapes, increase height, cover modifications can be done. All design and development work are done IN-HOUSE and FREE with your signed orders. Complex boxes may require one-time TOOLING COST from just $150 to $450 per size. Just email us what you like, or send us your existing box. No charge for design and development with your order.
If you need a rectangular sicilian box? Octagon box? Special curved box? Special locks? Special cover?... No problem! Send us the box sample or give us the size, rough drawings, what are your objectives and reasoning, etc. and we'll do the rest.	ANALYZING THE PROBLEM				CAD/COMPUTER/CNC models for prototyping				PROTOTYPE FABRICATION for your testing/finalization

	First, we need some samples (if existing box) or just email to us your rough sketch for our assessment and evaluation. We will identify the issues and corrective methods or concepts. This takes a few days.				Within a week, our DESIGN/CAD team will address the issues and design a few model. We go on to tests these models; run some CNC checks and select a most workable design for finalization with you.				If CAD drawing is approved, we will manufacture about 20 PROTOTYPES with actual box material for you. This cost less than $500 (or free depending on each order) and done within 2 weeks so you can check and test before production.
TYPICAL PRODUCTION PROCESS for CUSTOM PIZZA BOXES are not as difficult as you think Other special shapes may take a few more days but the process is the same. PROTOTYPES will be made for your inspection and testing prior to production. All steps are done professionally and carefully by our Design and Engineering team.
