THE FACTS ABOUT PAPERS:  B or E flutes are only strong when it is used for the right purpose and formulated at the right specs and composition. Whether is it B or E or F flutes, paperboard must be made practical, strong but efficient. This is why  Fedex and Priority Mail boxes are made as such. We made our B, E of C of F, or EE/EF flutes PRECISELY AND EFFICIENTLY. Efficiency means you will save at least $1600 per truckload. We actually use more materials than some the bulky B flutes made to look big but weak because not enough papers in it!

Typical paper by one pizza box mfrs: "HOT BOX": 8x8,  B flutes, 3 mm thick! But only 17 g of materials put in it!

POST OFFICE priority mail box:  8x8 in E flutes 1.6 mm thick, weight 17 g (We formulate our papers in similar to Priority Mail Boxes - Strong enough but compacted enough.

Our HD paper for size 12:  Same size in E flute 1.8mm thick, weight 20 g!

We don't try to make box looks thicker, we make it stronger and more efficient to save money for you.
